"Since the quick and easy installation of TRACKER
at Maldon T.I.C., a lot of
staff time has been saved. The collection and collation of statistics is simple and,
more importantly, the statistics are more accurate.
Easy collection of figures on the types of enquiry we receive has helped us to spend our
budget more wisely in areas of most interest to our visitors. The data has also indicated
which facilities are under-utilised / need more promotion.
The information gathered has enabled us to provide clear evidence to support a relocation.
TRACKER will easily move premises with us, we will
simply upgrade to a beam at the entrance,
rather than the pressure mat we currently need to use.
Statistics are clearly displayed on the T.I.C.'s computer screens and enquiry data can
be added from any of the keyboards at the T.I.C.
The system runs trouble free, but when I forget how to use any of the facilities
in the system the help desk is always very clear with their questions and instructions,
and are the embodiment of patience (really good for me as I am in no way a computer buff!).
We have been running the system now for nearly 2 years, upgrades have been simply installed.
In short we love it!"
